Breaking news this morning – Several Fire departments has been called to battle a fire at the Seneca Falls Town Office Building. The town office buidling houses the town offices, meeting room , Seneca Falls town court, assessors’s office and other town offices. The fire is believed to have started on the first floor of the two story building. Ambulances are now being called into the “Mews on Van Cleef Lake”-an apartment building next to the town office building. Heavy smoke is reported in apartment complex. The “Mews” is the old Seneca Falls Hospital Building and the town office building is the old medical professional building. More details on the fire -as they become avialable this morning.
