State Police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident that occured around 5:30 -Monday night on the East Lake Road in Fayette near the old Stage Coach Restaurant. Witnessess say a female driver drove into a tractor-trailer which was making a delivery. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Border City firefighters and Norther Seneca Ambulance assisted at the scene. State Police will release more information later today.
