16-year old Lamond McKoy of Geneva is the teenager police believe is responsible for the deaths of 14-year old Ashley Vincent and 18-year old Elizabeth Monique McKoy. Sources tell the Finger Lakes News Network that investigators have DNA evidence that connects Lamond to the murders. Other physical evidence found when Ashley Vincent’s body was discovered, also links the boy to the murders. Lamond McKoy had been held at the Kid’s Peace Children’s Facilty in Romulus, but was moved to a more secure facility in Monroe County when he was charged with other felony charges two weeks ago.
