Planned renovations at Vince’s Park in Seneca Falls may have to be scaled down after bids came in higher than expected. The Town Board opened bids last night for the renovation of the pavilion, including plumbing and electrical work. The lowest bid was ten thousand dollars more than town officials expected. Coucilors are wondering whether it might be cheaper to tear down the pavilion and build a new one. The board will discuss the idea at its next meeting May 4th.
