(Albany) Governor Pataki paid the State of New York $ 2,600 for use of state aircraft during his campaign last year. According to Gannet News the amount is more than legally required, but less than exactly fair. Pataki staffers say typically the Governor pays half of the federal air mileage reimbursement rate around 97 cents a mile.
